IMG Partners protected interests of Freedom Farm in litigation on the release of pledged property worth over UAH 30 million

On 23 October  Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine upheld the decision of the courts of first and appeal instance in cases concerning release from the mortgage of assets of "Freedom Farm Terra" In addition, Kiev Commercial Court of Appeal upheld the court's decision regarding the release of the pledged property of "Freedom Farm Bacon" and "Freedom Farm International."

In 2008 commercial bank Nadra  and enterptises of argoholding – Freedom Farm International, Freedom Farm Terra and Gagarin  concluded loan agreements. To secure the obligations under the loan agreements bank and borrowers, as well as the bank and the guarantor of "Freedom Farm bacon" concluded pledge agreements for a total amount of more than UAH  30 million..

Lawyers of IMG Partners  proved that all loan obligations of the Borrower were executed and property must be returned to the enterprises Freedom Farm Group. The case was handled by lawyers of litigation department headed by a junior partner Lesya Kaspruk.

Freedom Farm is a group of companies with 100% of foreign investment. The Group consists of "Freedom Farm International", "Gagarin", "Agrofirm Petrovsky", "Freedom Farm Terra",  "Freedom Farm Bacon."
