IMG Partners provides legal advice to Unilever Ukraine

In February IMG Partners Attorneys at Law conducted a comprehensive consultation on the construction and commissioning of the plant for the production of tea in Gostomel for our client Unilever.

The consultation addressed in particular the following issues: determination of a list of permits and other documentation required for launching tea production and its distribution and nuances of their obtaining; research on corporate issues.

Consultations were conducted by partner Lesya Kaspruk, associate partner Shtogryn Olena and assistant attorney Yan Nechval.
