IMG Partners successfully defended the interests of one of the Western Ukrainian agroholdings in a lawsuit with the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine on the cancellation of a tax notification of a decision amounting to UAH 5.5 million.
The lawyers of the company have substantiated the reality of the supply of soybeans and sunflower oil, their storage on the territory of the port warehouses and the subsequent sale by sea using the services of the commissioner.
As a result of a litigation that lasted for more than six months, the district administrative court denied the illegal notice, the decision was canceled.
