IMG Partners protected the interests of the client, the construction company Oniks Bild, in a lawsuit on the recognition of the illegal actions of the Inspectorate of State Architectural and Construction Control, the abolition of orders for the cessation of construction works and a decision to impose a fine. The case was heard by the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal.
The lawyer of IMG Partners reasonably proved that the construction project, for which the inspection was carried out, meets the city-planning conditions and constraints on the development of the land plot, as confirmed by a special explanation by the Ministry of Regional Development. In addition, it was proved that there were no legal grounds for imposing orders on the cessation of construction works, an order to cancel the declaration on the commencement of construction works and a decision to impose a fine.
