Lawyers of IMG Partners represented interests of Dealex Chartering ApS in the dispute against PJSC “NJSC “Chornomornaftogas”

Lawyers of IMG Partners successfully represented interests of Danish transport company Dealex Chartering ApS in the case of debt collection from PJSC “NJSC “Chornomornaftogas”.

The amount of debt to be paid to the Client reaches more than USD 1.8 million.

The dispute between the parties was initially settled by the Arbitration Tribunal of the German Maritime Arbitration Association and concerned the failure of the public joint stock company to perform the charter-party.

Lawyers of IMG Partners carried out a full range of activities aimed at the recognition of this award and granting permission for its enforcement in Ukraine.
