Partner of the IMG Partners Law Firm Mykola Strutz has headed the Corporate Law and Bankruptcy Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association. The decision was made at the AU board meeting last week.
As stated by Mykola Strutz, the task of the newly created committee is to increase standards of lawyer activity in the field of corporate law and bankruptcy, as well as to coordinate the efforts of lawyers to solve problems of advocacy practice, exchange of experience and develop common positions.
All-Ukrainian NGO "Association of Advocates of Ukraine" is an all-Ukrainian public nonprofit organization founded on the basis of professional membership and uniting lawyers to promote the development and strengthening of the Bar Association in Ukraine, raising the level of legal assistance provided by lawyers, enhancing the role and authority of the Bar the society and the satisfaction and protection of the rights and lawful interests of the members of the Association.
