Mykola Struts, attorney at law, trustee in bankruptcy, Partner of IMG Partners Acted as a Speaker at the 3rd Agrarian Conference "Risks and Fraud Counteraction", organized by the ProAgro, Information Company and held at the Kyiv Golf Center on April 21, 2017.In his report "Save and Enhance: Modern Strategies for the Defense of Agribusiness," Mykola told about the experience of Loretta Agro, LLC in combating the theft of property and effective methods of countering raider attacks.
The event brought together over 120 representatives of agribusiness in Ukraine. The multifaceted and painful theme of fraud and theft in the agrarian sector caused a lively discussion between the participants who openly shared the successful and negative experience of combating this phenomenon.
