An Agrarian Law Committee session of the Ukrainian Bar Association

On 16-th of June an Agrarian Law Committee session was held that was organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association was held. Managing partner of IMG Partners Attorneys at law Ihor Melnyk as a chairman of Agrarian Law Committee took an active participation in this session.

Great quantity of  questions of practical aspects of property and land disputes were considered, including double registration of the lease of the same land and changes in the regulatory monetary value of land.

Besides of that the issues about renewal of contract of lease were discussed. 

Thereafter, were deliberate about a matter of compensation of losses for the unauthorized occupation of land and changes of land shares.

Managing partner of IMG Partners Attorneys at law, Ihor Melnyk highlighted important issues of property disputes, such as the legislative unregulated property issues in the agrarian domain and the practice legalization of property of former collective agrarian enterprise.

This session is very important because everyone gets the most useful information by sharing experiences with experts and professionals in the agrarian field.
