Due to its legal nature, the bankruptcy procedure is quite complicated, but it does not prevent it from gaining momentum today. The financial crisis in our country, on the contrary, pushes business entities to such a step. And agricultural enterprises are no exception.

That is, the law allocates agricultural enterprises from the general mass of economic entities according to their own criteria. At the same time, it should be noted that only enterprises that process their own cultivated agricultural products can be classified as agricultural enterprises. This position is supported by the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine.
