How to return a child illegally transferred to another of the spouses across the state border: civil-law aspects

International kidnapping of children by one of the parents or other guardians (trustees) is a rather difficult problem, not only legal but also social. At the earliest stages of the development of legal systems, these relations were of a criminal law nature, but over time, in view of the need to create more rational and effective ways of protecting the rights of children, transformed into civil law ways of resolving.
