Artificially created within the framework of the moratorium, the shadow market lowers the rent for the use of land and the price of agricultural land.
The area of Ukrainian chernozem equals the area of the whole of Great Britain. However, on one hectare of land our farmers grow less corn and wheat than in European countries. Such realities are caused by many reasons.
The main thing is the extension of the moratorium on the alienation of agricultural lands by January 1, 2017.
