On the expanses of the post-Soviet countries, the so-called "squeezing" of business (a more modern term - raiding or raider seizure) is a rather common way of accumulating capital (or multiplying it), which, in particular, implies the acquisition of corporate rights of a legal entity and/or immovable property property illegally.
