When not only the apartment or car can inherit, but also the debentures of the deceased. The debts of the deceased, mortgages / pledges of inherited property, are often a surprise to the successor. One of the reasons for this is the absence in the Civil Code of Ukraine of rules that impose obligations on participants in inheritance relationships to find out the existence of all debts that had a lifetime ascendant and all creditors who are entitled to claims for such debts.
